Jared recently completed a fairly involved office remodel in our house and we couldn't be more pleased. Right from the start he was completely engaged with our architect, providing insights and suggestions that brought a clear reality of "what can be done" with "what we wanted to be done." From day one of the project, he and his team were professionals - on time, neat and clean, and detail oriented. One of the things I value most is Jared's ability to work in a somewhat ambiguous environment. Even though we had plans drafted for this work, there were always things that weren't quite going to work. We'd have a quick conversation about them, come up with alternatives, and then move forward. He's a great communicator and will constantly let you know how things are going, what's next on the schedule, and how you are doing within the estimated costs. Jared also has a strong team of great craftsmen and expects them to work at the highest standards - and he holds them accountable for their work. If it's not done right, they keep going until you're satisfied. As he's said on a number of occasions: "My name is on this project and I want it to be completely right and I want you completely satisfied." Mission accomplished Jared - we are 100% satisfied!!
