This property had been a rental for a while, until the previous tenants were finally ready to move in full-time and make this house their home! The original kitchen had a ‘U-shaped’ layout that felt closed off from the other rooms. By removing a couple of walls (and getting some structural engineering done), we were able to utilize the existing square footage to create a more open layout with a large center island. The kitchen cabinets are a gorgeous blue-and-white model paired with concrete look-a-like quartz countertops and white subway tiles for a casual, classic look. We also updated the flooring, redesigned the master bath, and revamped the closet to provide a much more functional (and updated) aesthetic.

Jared Lewis Construction remodeled our kitchen and master bedroom and bath. Throughout the project, Jared was responsive and listened to our needs. He tried to stay within our project budget, even when unexpected issues came up. His workers were friendly, respectful, and exceptionally clean and neat. Work areas were cleaned up daily. They also got along well with our large dog with no issues. In addition, Jared worked with our neighbors to coordinate noise and parking issues. We would highly recommend Jared Lewis Construction for your remodeling needs.
